rLLDPE — Recycled Linear Low-Density Polyethylene

What is rLLDPE — Recycled Linear Low-Density Polyethylene?

rLLDPE (Recycled Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) is the recycled form of LLDPE — a copolymer of ethylene with a longer-chain alpha-olefin comonomer. Compared to LDPE, LLDPE offers significantly higher tensile strength and puncture resistance, making recycled LLDPE suitable for demanding film applications.

Siddham PolyIndia supplies rLLDPE from post-industrial stretch film and agricultural film scrap. Material is processed and tested for MFI, density and gel count to ensure blown film line compatibility

Why Source rLLDPE — Recycled Linear Low-Density Polyethylene from Siddham PolyIndia?
Higher tensile strength than rLDPE — suitable for stretch and heavy-duty film applications.
Sourced from industrial and agricultural post-use streams — better consistency than mixed PCR.
MFI and density tested per lot — reliable for blown film and cast film lines.
Natural and black grades available to match your application.
Can be blended with virgin LLDPE to improve line output while reducing material cost.
