rLDPE — Recycled Low-Density Polyethylene

What is rLDPE — Recycled Low-Density Polyethylene?

rLDPE (Recycled Low-Density Polyethylene) is produced from post-consumer and post-industrial LDPE scrap — primarily films, bags, and flexible packaging. rLDPE is widely used in flexible film applications where some reduction in clarity and gloss compared to virgin LDPE is acceptable.

Siddham PolyIndia sources LDPE film scrap from a range of industrial and commercial generators, processes it through washing, shredding and extrusion, and supplies rLDPE granules for blown film and extrusion applications.

Why Source rLDPE — Recycled Low-Density Polyethylene from Siddham PolyIndia?
Separate natural and black grades available — avoid contamination in coloured film products.
Washed and extruded for minimum gel content and contamination in final film.
MFI consistent within each lot for reliable blown film performance.
Sourced from industrial film generators — cleaner feedstock than municipal scrap.
Compatible with virgin LDPE blending to improve output economics.
