Frequently asked questions
rPET is a remarkably energy-efficient material. The material has a positive impact on the environment just like glass, glass, aluminium, and other container materials. Recycled PET is strong, lightweight, shatter resistant, economic, high clarity, and resealability with high recyclability. Therefore making it quite a useful material.
Recycled PET is used in several applications owing to its high functionality and cos effectiveness. It is used to produce shopping bags, textiles, carpets, boot linings, sound insulation, roof insulation, bottles, food-grade containers, etc.
Unlike other polymers, HDPE and LDPE are miscible. They can also be recycled together. As their structural design is drastically different from each other, it’s better to separate them.
The rule of thumb is that you can weld low-density polyethylene to high-density polyethylene but not high-density polyethylene to low density polyethylene. Let us understand it better: it means that the LDPE rod can easily be welded inside the HDPE film, but not the other way around. The reason is very simple: The higher the density, the more difficult it is to break the welded parts. If the parts cannot be disassembled at the same speed, they cannot be welded properly.
While PET is the best material for making bottles of all kinds, LDPE bottles can sometimes be more practical. LDPE is a more compressible material making dispensing sauces, honey, creams, spices, and syrups easier. Furthermore, it can withstand lower temperatures better than PET.
After exceeding its recyclability, PET waste is burned and used as an energy source. However, it is worth remembering, that there is a lot of investment into recycling innovation that would allow almost unlimited processing of plastic and create a truly circular economy, where nothing goes to waste.
LDPE is a homopolymer composed of ethylene monomers while LLDPE is a copolymer of ethylene and another longer olefin integrated to improve properties such as tensile strength in harsh environments.
The factory is located at Vishwakarma Industrial Area in Jaipur (RAJ.) India.
